Effective Date: 01 June 2025

At Noveko, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry. We are pleased to offer a Limited Lifetime Guarantee ("Guarantee") exclusively for jewelry crafted from Stainless Steel 302 or 308, coated with 18K Gold (“Covered Products”). This Guarantee is designed to assure the buyer of long-term durability while being subject to strict terms and limitations outlined below.

 

1. 🛡️ Coverage Scope

This Guarantee covers the following manufacturing-related issues that may occur during the natural lifetime of the Covered Product:

• ✅ Tarnishing of the 18K gold coating
• ✅ Fading or discoloration due to material degradation
• ✅ Rusting or corrosion of the stainless steel base (302/308 only)

This Guarantee specifically applies to products identified and sold by Noveko as "guaranteed" products under this warranty.

 

2. ❌ Exclusions from Coverage

This Guarantee does NOT cover any of the following (non-exhaustive list):

• ❌ Scratches, dents, abrasions, wear-and-tear or surface damage due to usage
• ❌ Water immersion or prolonged exposure to moisture, including but not limited to bathing, swimming, or accidental submersion
• ❌ Discoloration or damage caused by perfumes, lotions, soaps, sweat, humidity, pollution, cosmetics, or chemicals
• ❌ Oxidation or reaction due to skin chemistry, body oil, or prolonged contact with skin
• ❌ Degradation due to improper storage, including high humidity conditions or direct sunlight
• ❌ Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by non-authorized parties
• ❌ Any claims arising from loss, theft, misplacement, or acts of God (e.g., flood, fire, earthquake)

This Guarantee is null and void in cases of clear misuse or neglect as determined solely by Noveko.

 

3. 📝 Limitations & Disclaimers

• This Guarantee is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• No cash refunds shall be issued under this Guarantee. Remedies are limited exclusively to repair or replacement of the product with a comparable item at Noveko’s sole discretion.
• The term "lifetime" refers strictly to the expected functional life of the product—not the lifetime of the purchaser—and does not suggest indefinite usability.
• Any determination of whether a product qualifies under this Guarantee shall be made solely and unilaterally by Noveko, based on visual and material inspection.
• To validate a claim, photographic evidence and proof of purchase must be submitted, and in applicable cases, the item must be shipped to Noveko for physical assessment.

 

4. ⚖️ Legal Disclaimers & Right to Deny Claims

Noveko retains the exclusive right to deny any Guarantee claim that:

• Is deemed frivolous, fraudulent, or inconsistent with normal wear and tear patterns
• Fails to meet submission criteria, timelines, or evidentiary standards as outlined here
• Is considered abusive of the Guarantee clause as determined solely by Noveko

Nothing in this policy shall be construed to override statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, to the extent that such rights cannot be waived.

📌 By purchasing a Covered Product, the buyer explicitly acknowledges and accepts all conditions of this Limited Lifetime Guarantee and agrees to be bound by Noveko’s final determination in all disputes related thereto.

 

5. 📬 Submission of Claims

All Guarantee-related claims must be manually submitted by email, along with the following:

• 🔹 Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)
• 🔹 Clear photos of the issue
• 🔹 Description of the usage condition and issue
