By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Return Policy, which governs all requests for product returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. 🎯 General Policy
Returns and refunds shall only be considered under specific conditions which are outlined in this policy. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or returns for reasons not explicitly covered herein. This policy is applicable to all purchases made via noveko.in.
2. 🚫 No Cancellations After Order Placement
Once an order is confirmed, it is processed promptly for dispatch. Due to the immediate nature of order handling, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
In exceptional scenarios where the order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting us via call. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to our team's discretion.
3. 🚚 Return Eligibility
We only accept return requests under the following strict conditions:
- 📦 The product you received is physically damaged during shipment
- 🔁 You received a product different from what was ordered
Returns for any other reason will not be accepted under any circumstances.
4. 🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any return claim, the customer must:
- Record a continuous, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the packaging, product, and the damage or incorrect item
- Share the unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the product
Failure to provide a legitimate unboxing video within this timeframe will result in the claim being deemed invalid and rejected without exception.
5. 📦 Product Condition for Returns
All returned items must meet the following conditions in full:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- All original tags, packaging, boxes, labels, and freebies must be intact
- Price tags must not be removed – any item without a tag shall be treated as used and considered sold
We reserve the right to reject any return if these conditions are not strictly adhered to, without further discussion.
6. 🔄 Return & Pickup Process
- Returns can only be initiated manually by contacting us via email or phone
- You cannot raise a return request directly through the website
- Upon successful verification, we will arrange the pickup at our cost
All returns are subject to physical verification at our warehouse before any refund is processed.
7. 💸 Refund Method
If a return is approved, the customer shall be issued a store credit (coupon code) equivalent to the purchase amount. This can be applied toward a future purchase on noveko.in.
No monetary refunds, bank transfers, or UPI reversals shall be issued under any circumstances.
8. ⚠️ Fraud, Abuse, or Misuse
We reserve the absolute right to decline any refund, exchange, or return request at our sole discretion if we detect or suspect:
- Misuse of the return policy
- Excessive or repetitive return requests
- Use of fraudulent videos or tampering with evidence
- Manipulating packaging or returning unrelated products
